Q: What is the benefit to becoming an FES Partner?
A: By becoming an FES Partner you leverage our nationwide brand campaign and advertising to create leads for your business. We pay for the media, you get the work order.
Q: How much does this cost me?
A: We charge a small license fee to become part of the referral program and referral fee for service calls and potential clients referred to you. You keep the rest.
Q: How do I present myself to the client?
A:You will present yourself as a FES independent contractor. We provide you and your employees name badges and invoice stock for presentation to the client, however, you handle the billing, service and collection. We do not warrant your work, nor do you take any risk on ours.
Q: How are members selected for the Partner Program?
A: You first need to fill out our initial questionnaire whereby a member of our staff will call you to conduct a phone interview. If the phone interview goes well we then perform due diligence on your previous work, company and skills. We will need multiple referrals from past and current clients and require a minimum BBB grade for businesses. After this selection process yields an acceptance we then will narrow down based on geography (i.e. we do not accept Partners who operate within a certain distance of another Partner to prevent conflicts of interest).
Q: How long does your acceptance process take?
A: Our acceptance process generally takes 1 – 2 weeks depending on the size of your business.
Q: Can I be removed from the Partnership program?
A: Yes, our system works based on the integrity and quality of our Partners and we hold our public image to the highest standards. Breach of any of these key items results in removal from the Program.
Q: This sounds like a leads service, how is this different?
A: We are establishing our brand to symbolize quality and trust to our clients, this brand identity is available for your business to leverage so long as you follow our quality service guidelines.
